Okay, seriously? I don't care how "inexperienced" of a traveler someone is, WTF makes you think you put the baby through the damn x-ray machine?! I swear I would slap my mother, stepmother, or MIL if any of them did something like that. My mom is the least "seasoned traveler" of all three and she knows better.
