Rise and Fall
Eric smiled and greeted Brittany as she arrived at the field office. They very seldom received visitors, but it wasn't like she didn't have the clearance. She was supposed to be bringing a couple personnel with her and they were going to be collaborating on a project for a few days. It was nice to be working with her once again.
"Hey Brittany, it's good to see you again. Arica's expecting you to come by for dinner sometime while you're here." He smiled, and seemed to be the same old Eric, but the stress of second in command was visible in his face, but only to those who knew him well.
