Fraud on my debit card

So I get a text message on Friday telling me that my card's been used abroad and then I checked my statement (yay for online banking) and saw that someone else had used my card to top up their o2 phone on the 8th.
This irked me, especially seeing as it was a bank holiday weekend and I had no way of getting through to them at the time. So I put a note in my diary (and forgot to call them) and called them today. They asked me to confirm that I haven't topped up any o2 phones which was easy, I am on pay monthly and a different network.
So in a move of extremely good customer service they've arranged everything and it'll all be sorted out within 5 working days maximum as I need to sign a declaration to confirm it wasn't me.
All in all, I'm fairly happy with them now and thought I'd let all of you know how good they've been.
Downside is that if i need to get money out I'll have to walk all the way to the bank, but that's OK because I could always do with the extra exercise. :P
