Please don't have every single till seize up at 3 o'clock on a Sunday thus preventing us from selling anything at all for a good half an hour and returning anything for the rest of the day. It was most upsetting when I couldn't jump through the right hoops for the-awesome-librarian-who-joseph-loves... I mean, Joseph loves her and now tomorrow's going to be six thousand shades of awkward... especially seeing as she pretty much runs wriggle and rhyme and thus owns Joseph's heart for half an hour a week...
