Title: Jealousy looks good on You
Pairing(s)/Character(s) (optional): Angel Garza/ Andrade
Rating: M
Warnings: language, mention of sex
Word count: 339
When it all began, it was a silly little game to pass the time.
It definitely wasn’t to make Zelina angry at him, though that was a bonus.
Angel simply made his work day go by faster by flirting with any woman he could find. Angel was a natural flirt with a great ass, it was easy.
Regardless of the reason Angel led women on, he only continued to do it because of one man.
All his life, Angel never felt a drop of attraction towards men. He never considered himself anything but straight. All the pussy he’d eaten could attest to that. He never even cared to check another man out to compare appearances, because Angel knew he was gorgeous, so why compare?
Andrade changed that.
The little game of flirting his way into the hearts of all women gave way to fun reactions from friends.
The tastiest reaction was from Andrade.
His partner grinned in front of cameras, but the second they were cut off, Andrade was scowling and couldn’t meet Angel’s eyes. At first, Angel thought maybe Andrade liked Charly. But the reactions were the same no matter which woman Angel sweet talked.
It was curious.
So Angel tested the waters. He flirted around and observed Andrade. But Angel became completely immersed in Andrade’s everything. Especially his anger when Angel would run his fingers across Charly’s cheek and the soft smile Andrade gave when Angel would focus on him. Andrade was suddenly very alluring.
Angel scrambled to understand his attraction to Andrade. He was still very much heterosexual. Yet there was something about the way Andrade glared daggers at the back of his head that made his pants tighten. There was a rush of adrenaline that came with the sweet taste of jealousy.
And he wanted to taste it more.
Angel liked making Andrade jealous too much to let it go so soon.
But maybe when the right night called for it, he would make Andrade’s eyes roll back in ecstasy instead of burn with jealousy.

Title: Moments
Pairing: Finn/Bayley
Word Count: 334
Bayley knows Finn thinks she's a sentimental fool.
When Sami and Kevin offer to babysit for a long weekend, they're eager to accept. Time away from their kids is a rare treat. As much as they love their little brood- it's always nice to get away and just be together.
He offers her the world. Barbados? The best hotel in New York City? Paris? They can go anywhere- and he wants her to choose.
Bayley chooses Orlando.
She doesn't think he gets it. He just keeps asking her if she's sure. He'll take her anywhere and she chooses Florida?
She just nods, saying yes, she wanted to take Finn to Orlando.
Bayley wants to relive the beginning. They're as much in love now as they were then but life's changed. Priorities have shifted. Their kids come first.
She wants to remember what it was like when it was just the two of them- dreaming of the day they'd make it. That apartment had been small and shitty- but it had been their respite from the world.
Finally, the day arrives. They drop the kids off- there are a few tears but Kevin's so good with them that they soon stop. Then, it's off to the airport.
They avoid the theme parks. Finn's never been big on Disney, and if they're going to do that- he wants the kids with them. Bayley doesn't blame him. She wants to share that wonder with them.
Instead, they go back to their old haunts. He lets her lead, laughing at the sappiness of it all. They're on vacation with a huge suite at the city's best hotel... and yet, she has them driving through their old apartment complex.
As they turn out of the parking lot, she swears she catches a glimpse of their younger selves, walking down the paths they'd once known so well.
She hopes they know their hard work will all be worth it.
One day, they'll laugh at the life they used to lead.

Title: hot and cold
Pairing(s)/Character(s): Edge/Randy Orton
Rating: Mature
Warnings: Language
Word count: 340
When Edge got cleared to wrestle again, his first thought hadn’t been of Randy. He’d only been concerned with the Royal Rumble, with showing everyone that he still had it. But you could always count on Orton to ruin a good thing. So Edge isn’t surprised when he sees Randy’s truck on his driveway camera, but he is grateful for every second it gives him to compose himself.
When he opens the door, he’s still undecided about whether he’ll let Randy in or punch him in the face since his left arm still works pretty good even if the right one doesn’t. Turns out he can do both.
Randy holds the ice pack to his face while Edge glares at him across the kitchen island. The tension between them is so much better than isolation. An empty house makes for a lonely recovery and anybody is better than nobody. Even Randy. Maybe especially Randy.
Randy’s hand is still cold when he reaches across to take Edge’s, brushing his thumb across the knuckles that had just connected with his own cheekbone. All the fight leaves Edge when Randy entwines their fingers.
“Fuck,” Edge breathes out. “We’re doing this again?”
“I told you I didn’t want to fight you to start with,” Randy replies. “I even called Ric Flair to try to talk sense into you, but Christian got in the way.”
“You always hated Christian,” Edge says, looking down at their hands. He doesn’t remove his. He is always weak with Randy. Orton’s still got him.
“I hated the way he took up your attention. He was always in the way.”
Edge laughs. “You mean how he got in the way of us fucking in hotel rooms before we beat the crap out each other in the ring?”
“Sometimes we made nice.”
“Yeah, gotta admit Rated-RKO was fun,” Edge says.
“If you gotta come back, risk your health,” Randy says, leaning towards Edge, holding his gaze. “Then yeah, we could do it together. Bring it back to when it all began.”

Title: The Beginning
Pairing(s)/Character(s) (optional): Jeff Hardy and Elias
Rating: G
Warnings: none
Word count: 338
Elias wakes up to a ringing in his ears, and the slow, steady throb of pain, centered in his chest. He recognizes this-- the way the bruises spread, bleeding into his armpit, darkening the deeper into his midsection it goes. He sighs and closes his eyes, about to give in to his exhaustion, when his door opens. He expects a nurse, maybe the doctor, but upon opening his eyes to ask for more pain medicine, he finds himself face to face with one fretful looking Jeff Hardy.
"ELIAS!" He blinks hard at the memory of Jeff's voice, distant but embedded deep into his semi-conscious recollections.
"Hey," Jeff greets him, sounding a bit calmer than before. "I didn't expect you to be awake." He hesitates and looks away. "They, uh, they said..."
"Torn pec," Elias says, voice faint. "I know what this means." Jeff looks at his discolored skin and exhales. "Could you...?" He stares at the water pitcher and Jeff fumbles, eventually pouring a glass of water and helping him to sip from it. "Thanks."
They are quiet for a few moments, Jeff shifting anxiously on his feet, until Elias finds his words. "It wasn't you," he says, remembering the alertness he had before pain whited out his vision, before everything faded away and all he could remember was the panicked sound of his name wrenched from Jeff's lips. "I saw him. Sheamus. I informed the police."
Jeff nods. "I know, that's why they released me so quickly. Your statement." He smiles. "Thank you."
Elias stares at him, still hearing Jeff's scream. "You were really worried about me," he finally says, unsure if he should even mention it.
But Jeff seems unashamed as he looks up, staring intently at him. "Yes, I was," he says simply. He watches as Elias' eyes start to flutter closed again, despite his best attempt to fight it. "I'll come back later. Get some rest."
Elias drifts as the door slides shut behind him. It strangely feels like some sort of a beginning.

Title: fight forever
Pairing/Characters: Zowens (Sami Zayn/Kevin Owens)
Rating: General
Warnings: none.
Word count: 340
It’s only fitting, that Kevin Owens is here as Sami Zayn wins his first NXT title. The high of the win is nothing compared to the bear hug from the most important person in Sami’s world. For one shimmering moment, life is perfect.
And the next moment, it all comes crashing down hard.
The casual fans, those who think that a wrestler’s career begins and ends with WWE, they think this is the starting point. But the truth is, this is just a rebirth. This began decades ago, when two teenagers with a dream looked up from the television, locked eyes, and said, «ça pourrait être nous. »
That could be us.
It began in IWS, back when Sami wasn’t even ready to show his face to the world and Kevin couldn’t grow a proper beard to save his life. Of course, everyone, including themselves, took it for granted that Kevin would be the real star. It seemed inevitable. Kevin had always been the leader in their friendship, and Sami trusted his judgement and followed him faithfully. And yet, the first time they stepped into the ring together, at an IWS show in some dive in Montreal, Sami won.
Maybe, Sami reflects, as his skull smashes into the steel entrance ramp, maybe Kevin never really got over that.
But Kevin, his Kevin, will come back to him eventually. And even as he feels Kevin shifting their weight for a powerbomb, even as he feels the back of his neck connect with the apron, Sami has already forgiven this. Sami always forgives, no matter how many people tell him he’s stupid, because those people don’t get it. This is them. This is how they work. What they have is deeper than mere friendship. Deeper than lovers, or even brothers.
Somewhere along the way, Kevin managed to embed himself into Sami’s very soul, and that love could have destroyed them a thousand times over. Instead, it made them stronger.
What they have is destiny.
And we are destined to do this forever.

Title: Travelling Companions
Pairing(s)/Character(s) (optional): Noam Dar/Drew McIntyre, Kenny Williams, Jack Jester
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Word count: 335
The thing about always being on the road is, that after a while everything starts to blur into each other. Green, white, yellow.
Green fields as far as the eye can see, white houses on the countryside, yellow sunlight streaming between the tree trunks. They used to be mesmerising, but the magic has gone a long time ago. Now they’re just… endless. Noam has no idea where one ends and the next one begins.
But he chose this life, and there are lots of things to love about it, save for the never-ending car rides. The hectic shows, the passionate crowds, and especially his travelling companions.
As usual, Kenny is the designated driver, with Jack on the passenger’s seat telling a funny story from the last time he was in Inverness. That leaves Drew with Noam on the back-seat, which is something he’s secretly grateful about. You see, nine out of ten times they’re in the car together, Drew always claims the passenger’s seat (more room for his mile-long legs), but today Jack got in before he did, and Drew looked too tired to argue.
But it’s not a long trip from Aberdeen to Inverness. Only about two hours and a half for Drew’s legs to suffer-and for Noam to appreciate their proximity.
“Drew, has Noam told you where he first saw you?” Kenny asks. Most likely just to shut Jack up.
Drew looks up from his phone. “I suppose we must’ve met before last year, ‘cause Ayr is not that big. Where was it?”
“It was in my school for a charity match, when I was thirteen,” Noam replies with a shrug. “You kicked my computer teacher’s arse-he was pretty jacked, by the way.” And I thought you look like a superhero.
“Isn’t he cute?” Kenny comments, while Jack sniggers. “He also got your pictures.”
Drew’s dimples deepen when he grins. “Want me to sign them?”
Playfully, Noam smacks his arm, lingering there a bit longer than he should.
“In your dreams.”

Title: Memories of Strife
Characters: Becky Lynch, Hikaru Shida, Will Osperay
Rating: E
Warnings: N/A
Word count: 339
Disclaimer: Connected to Wrong Choice in Week 1. And as that story, all translations are provided at the end.
The air was crisp as Becky took her stroll. For once it didn’t smell of blood or death. Nice and clean, as it should be.
She came upon a large clearing with a pond and a large flower tree, its pink pedals flowing in the breeze. She also saw a figure sitting by the pond.
“Hikaru?”
The swordswoman turns around, grinning. “Yā bekkī! Watashitoisshoni suwatte kudasai!”
*
The summoner giggles, sitting by her.
“What are you doing here?”
“Tada suwatte, ikutsu ka no koto o kangaete imasu..”
**
“Thinking about what?”
“Sensō. Kore wa jissai ni, Kurisu to watashi ga uzu ni hikikoma reru mae no watashideshita.”
***
Becky looks at her, frowning a bit. “This is where your journey started.”
Hikaru nods her head. “Watashitachi wa kanari hayaku wakareta. Watashi wa kanojo to issho ni ite, kanojo o anzen ni tamotsu koto ni shippai shimashita. Watashi wa kanojo ga ima watashi to issho ni iru no ga ureshīdesuga, watashi wa kanojo o mamoru tame ni soko ni ita hazudesu”
****
“We all have that guilt, but know she didn’t die a fool’s death. And she’s with you now, safe and sound.”
The swordswoman smiles, “Kōrubakku sa reru to omoimasu ka?”
*****
“It’s hard to say,” Becky admits, catching a falling flower pedal. “We just have to see where the wind blows.”
The girls sit there for a while until they hear footsteps rushing towards them. Becky giggles upon hearing the voice.
“Becky?!”
“Anata no hogo-sha ga anata o shōkan shimasu.” Hikaru teases with a giggle
******
“There you are!” the samurai pants. “Been looking all over for you.”
“What’s the matter?”
“Your fiancé needs to see you,” Will smiles
Becky nods her head, her and Hikaru standing up and following him. They ran into Kris along the way and she joined them.
Becky smiles seeing the two women together and happy, Hikaru clinging to Kris’ arm even.
If there is another battle, she will make sure those two do not get separated.
Although she hopes the next one is after her child is born.
*Hey Becky! Come sit with me!
**Just sitting, thinking about some things.
***The war. This is actually where Kris and I were before we were pulled into a vortex.
****We got separated pretty early. I failed in staying with her and keeping her safe. I’m elated she’s with me now but I should have been there to protect her.
*****Do you think we’ll be called back?
******Your guardian calls for you Summoner.

As of right now, voting will stay open until Monday at 6pm EST.
You all have 1 vote for most favorite and 1 vote for least favorite drabbles. Participants are encouraged to vote, but you may NOT vote for yourselves!
I should explain a bit more how this works, I guess. The winner isn't decided by whoever gets the most most fav votes. Each most fav vote gets +1. Each least fav gets -1. Once those are tallied, a winner will be determined. If there's a tie, there will be a tie breaker so that there is one winner and one person eliminated.
Please, try not to vote on a drabble just because you like a pairing. Take into account the quality of the writing and how well it fits the prompt!
When you vote, please fill out the poll, stating the number and the title of the drabbles. Also, if you don't have an LJ account, you may
message me on my tumblr. Please, do not send them anon. And the same rules apply, I need the number and the title of the drabbles.
