Last minute bits
Well, I did this for stokerbramwell, so here it is: Comment here and I'll tell you something I like about you. Then you have to do the same on your LJ.
On to less pleasant things -- I'll be going out to California for FC this Tuesday morning. Hopefully. But it looks like between the weather (two-day icestorm coming!), the family*, and my total lack of money that everything will be a total mess.
Yes, I'm glad I'm going, but why does everything have to go wrong at the last minute like this? Whine whine whine...
I also got the latest reprint of G-8 and his Battle Aces, with the Allies fighting German werewolves made by a Turkish mad scientist. Who kill Allied pilots by hiding inside the planes, clawing their way out, and eating them. Don't ask me, it was Robert J. Hogan's idea.
Best all. If you're going to FC, I'll meet you there, I hope. If you'll also be in the path of the ice, be careful.
EDIT: Now the news says that the ice won't be around here, it'll be further northwards. And it'll be over by Sunday night. If you want a multitude of different opinions, just ask the weathermen!
