Work, snow, and furry art

I don't know if one of them is a dear friend of mine named Ginger Vixen, but I think so.
On work: just found out,I won't have to work Christmas Eve, so I can visit with the family on one of our few yearly get-togethers. Also, my temp work with UPS ends next Friday. Easy come, easy go, I guess -- though I'll be able to get back into Berkheimers again. And I like it far better than UPS -- sorry, Stauros!
However -- we're expected to get 1-3 inches of snow, rain, and ice tomorrow. Ugh. I do NOT like walking on ice, especially on the steep steps so many of the older houses around here have. I have a very real phobia about it, as I got very badly hurt two or three times while going to school from slipping on ice. I don't ant to make Heather (my driver) late, but I REALLY don't want to slip and break my neck either. Here's hoping.
