Well this is my first post since I've moved out and what an intense few weeks its been! I'm amazed at how in the past few months I've managed to accomplish so much, I finally got determined and passed my drivers license test, in a stick with a perfect score no less, managed to move out and stay in the area. I couldn't have done it without the help and support of so many wonderful friends though, also my grandparents who gave me a huge hand I will always love and respect them. Jeff helped me a lot, he came and moved furniture with me and let me use his truck and basically saved the day, he's also helped me with a lot of other things, I honestly can't thank him enough, he's a great friend. I also can't go without mentioning Erin, she has been so wonderful. If it weren't for Erin I'm not sure I would have gotten back the motivation to fight all my doubts, I probably would have just gave up and moved to Arizona with my father until i could find w/e, I love my dad but its time for me to be growing up and she has really helped me to appreciate that. The new place is wonderful! It's a tad old, still use's gas heating and stove but its great. It's sooooo quite! Which is wonderful because back in Marin City all I ever heard where people yelling and bus's/cars all the time and it about drove me nuts, but here its so calm and peaceful and I have windows everywhere which i love and actual plants growing outside which make for a wonderful view as I type this out. I have started to realize how much I value the company of another person though, living alone definetly has it's draw backs here and there but I'm happy :) Work is a nice 20-30 minute walk every morning/afternoon but I figure its good excersize anyway and I'm gonna save up for a cheap car in the mean time. There is a basketball court and park right across the street!
