Anyone good with photoshop?

So a bunch of pictures I took last weekend didn't come out that great. A ton of them "randomly" (I hate trees) have bright spots in the center, and a less noticeable spot off to the left side:

I don't think the colors are quite right, but I think it looks better:

No they aren't but I was doing this at midnight last night in my room with the lights off cause I was about to go to sleep ^////^

Just gotta find the right color to use and it should darken it more without being too noticable.

And what happened to that camera?!

Hmm, okay I'll play around with the layer thing and see if I can find a good color to use.

Something got on the camera lens, looked like tree sap or something.
