It was being discussed on a podcast I listen to (this episode, like 28-29 minutes in). They were talking about how like Norse gods were setting up servers on the internet and casting spells threw them, and it sounded interesting. But then the guy didn't remember the name or the author or anything :( It's ok though, I figured it out anyway.
