Had such a good day. Actually started doing some math in my physics class, which is nice. It's a basic class, kinda like The Complete Morons Guide to Gravity, but it's okay. I was just really annoyed because at first it was pretty much all on the politics of energy conservation, and what our country uses in comparison with the rest of the world, and I was so mad... Damnit, I'm already doing a history class dealing with international relations, isn't that enough? So when we began busting out the formulas today, it made me happy.
Came home and ran around CVS with Dayi and Ryan for a little while. Ryan found one of those things that you use to pick up garbage on the beach, so I ran up to Dayi and pulled her arms back while he started pinching at "Tegan and Sara." I think he got Tegan (the one on her right).
Dressed Ryan and did his hair and sent him out on a date that wasn't really a date, but it kinda was. Then we played phone tag for a little while so I could try to find out how it went, but I think he may have passed out. He'll tell me all about it in the morning, I'm sure.
Had some friends over and we opened up a bottle of wine and ate cheese (we were being pretentious) while watching Napoleon Dynamite. I fell asleep again. It's a strange movie. I think it would be better if I was high.
Walked in the pouring rain to bring My Ally over, that's love, and we changed and headed over to Candace's and saw The Village with Sandy and Felicia. My Ally is so cute because she's all of five feet, and she got scared at a few points and curled up into a little ball and nuzzled into me. The Village was not so good- it was basically a movie consisting of Those We Do Not Speak Of, a Shed We Cannot Enter, a History We Do Not Discuss, and a Box That Is Not To Be Touched.
Then it was about 1:30 in the morning when My Ally wanted to go for a walk, so we went grocery shopping. Walked back, I cleaned up, unpacked groceries, and we sat and bullshitted with Paige for a little while. Now my little hoe is on the phone with one of her boys (the serious one, the one in Cali) and I figure I have about an hour before she comes in and just repeats the entire conversation to me. "And then he said... and then I was like... " I can't give her shit, I do it to her all the time.
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is my new short hair, and of course, Eleanor is in the shot with me. And if you look closely, you can see Paige's knee and hand in the background! I love my roommie.
I loved today, it was very chill and really nice. Last night I was running a fever, but Dayi came and broke it. I started again during our movie and wine, but I crawled into Paige's bed (everyone was in mine) and fell asleep and then I felt a little better. Hopefully Ally won't wake up in a big puddle of fever sweat, but I think I'll be okay. It's not like I'm sick or anything hurts, it's just this weird temperature issue.
