I'm not even going to touch this election. Everyone knows my opinion, and quite frankly I am tired of hearing about this everywhere I go. I went to Chubby's last night, a club that was hosting the College Democrats, and we were dancing and drinking and watching everything happen on the huge movie screens. Everytime another state went to Bush, the crowd would down another drink.
Brandon was crying over the gay marriage ban, and I was comforting him for a good portion of the night. Started watching Saw in his room, but he fell asleep and then we left for Chubby's. I need to see the last thirty minutes.
My Ally is leaving for Chicago tomorrow, but today we ran around and got black ribbons to mourn the death of our country. Mine is on my shirt right now, but once I change it will go on my backpack.
I've started losing a little too much weight; I think it is mostly from being sick, but I've also started running and eating less. It's getting a little ridiculous, though, because my smallest clothes don't fit me anymore. And I hate shopping, so I guess I'll just rock the ghetto look until feeling better has caught up with me and I get back to my normal size.
I think I want to go dancing tomorrow night, because I feel like it is time for some fun. Between all the election nonsense and my huge psych paper and my huge math test and all the Dayi drama, I haven't had much time to chill.
I have my first solo shift at Ruby Tuesday's tomorrow; it's lunch, but I am sure it will be fine. Hopefully I don't fuck up anything too badly, right? -=0) And Brandon is working with me, so it is bound to be fun. I generally have fun because... I don't know. Because I typically refuse not to. Unless I am too busy with crap to have fun, like lately!
But Halloween weekend was awesome, so I have to stop bitching because really it's only been three crappy days. -=0) And last night I still went to Carlos' and we had a taco night, Brandon and Kyle and I were playing pool, and it was fun. I like the people I work with. The best part of restaurants is that people are all generally young, so it's a bunch of new friends.
Love new friends!
Hate our country. -=0(
