Reminds you of an ex: "Crestfallen" by The Smashing Pumpkins.
Makes you cry: Umm...lots.."The Child Is Gone" by Fiona Apple, "The Tale Of Dusty And Pistol Pete" by The Smashing Pumpkins, "Black Tangled Heart" by silverchair...so many.
Reminds you of high school: I was homeschooled so technically nothing...but I guess Nada Surf's "Popular" because it was so funny.
Reminds you of childhood: Oasis' "Don't Look Back In Anger" I suppose.
Mirrors true life a little too closely: Alanis Morrissette's "Precious Illusions" or The White Stripes' "One More Cup Of Coffee" which is less my life and more just like me. That girl reminds me of myself in a lot of ways, which I suppose is a bad thing...but..I guess I can't help it.
Makes you laugh: Um...in a bad way, pretty much all rap because I think the ability to speak fast is not a musical talent. I mean, where exactly can I find "The Auctioneers Greatest Hits"? Because those guys are better rappers than anyone out there. But in a good way I guess...Veruca Salt's "With David Bowie" even though I totally get the song.
Will always get you up to dance: Um...anything my boys in LMC play at Full Turn. Yeah. I love those guys. My buddies. Especially "Revolution".
You used to hate but now love: Um...nothing. Because all I have are things I used to love and now hate.
You like out of your parents' record collection: Loooooooooooootssssssssss...um... "Dream on" by Aerosmith, most Pink Floyd, ALLLL Tom Petty, The Rolling Stones, CCR...I've actually gotten them into more of my stuff than they've gotten me into theirs though.
You love that you wouldn't know about if it wasn't for a friend: Lots of Deadsy, so strange. "The Key To Gramercy Park" or maybe "She Likes Big Words". Pree gothic/80s new wave/grunge-ish stuff. Confusing though. My sister made me check them out. Yay Sarah
Prevy!
Makes you think of sex: Ummmm...I guess The White Stripes' "Screwdriver"...you listen to the end and tell me it doesn't!
Edit: The Cure's "Lullaby" also does. But that's because he's so obvious. I mean, please Robert, try and be a bit subtle. Damn.
Is your anthem: Marc Bolan's "Cosmic Dancer" I always was and always will be a glam girl lost in the stars.
