Notes if you haven't played the game - Hawke can be either male or female, the player decides, and you can romance both men and women in the game.
I romanced Fenris with a male mage Hawke, Fenris is an elf, and a former slave of an evil magister (mages who use blood magic and sacrifice). So as you can imagine he has a few issues with mages, but that doesn't stop him being attracted to Hawke ;) Oh, the angst, how I love it :)
