Seeking Ipod/MP3 player advice
All right, brothers and sisters: I'm thinking of getting an MP3 player, but I have no idea where to start. I want to put a lot of music on it, but I don't need the biggest thing around. I think between 500 and 1000 songs worth of space, but I don't have a lot of money to spend, so I can go lower. I don't care about video play; in fact, I'd rather not have this feature. But I do want a screen to be able to scroll through my files. Most of my sound files are MP3s, with some WMAs and one album of FLAC files (I can convert that one, though). I can't go over $150.
What do you guys have? Are there any products that you WOULDN'T recommend? I'd rather have a reliable product with less space than something huge that breaks every six months.
