Can't Explain (Honest Session #4)

It's peculiar to find we're babied until we get out of high school. They (educators) say they prepare us for the "harsh" world. Somewhat a lie, as most have no chance. Then again, it's the effort that we pour into our concoction of life that gets us to where we will go.
The idea of fate is blurry because it suggests that whatever we do was destined. Having no actual proof, it's just another science v. religion scenario that we can't fully deny nor completely accept. Then again, if you were raised a certain way, it is difficult to change a person's perspective, because they're too ignorant to accept other just-as-likely answers here in this world. I'm glad for the way I am being raised. I always find myself asking, "Why?"
Not absolute, but isn't funny how the "ugly" are wiser and more aware of their surroundings than the "beauty?" Kind of like Bottom after his transformation in A Midsummer Night's Dream. It's like a balance. How strange.

Emma sounds like an interesting book.

^Found that funny because teenagers are so "complex," stupid, and naïve. Sad because that's to an extreme. We are still oh so very young. Teenagers create their own problems. That much is true.

Learned yesterday that surfing could turn for the worst due to what's found in a surfboard. Boards will become even more costly until they're re-made, and even then they will still be costly.

Some people think they're always right; others are quiet and uptight.
