Driving home in the mornings from work is usually pretty dull and honestly I enjoy it that way.  I listen to the local radio station's morning show and lately its been pretty bad.  This morning, the brand new guy decides to ask the morning listeners what is more important to them than sex.

It started interestingly enough with crack/cocaine and since the addiction can grow to the point that its all you need, I can understand that.

The next one made me shake my head and sigh.  World. Of. Warcraft.

Let that sink in for a moment.

I used to play this game.  It's fun, its a timesink, it can be an absolute blast.  More important than sex?  Without druding up stereotypes, and believe me the South Park episode came to my mind immediately too, I really cannot fathom that.  I love gaming, it is my number one hobby, but I will be damned if you see or hear me say: 'No honey, not tonight, I have a raid.'  or  'Maybe in the morning, I'm on the last boss.'

Maybe it's me.  I'll admit, I'm a pretty sexual person.  There are few things on the planet more important, and they involve necessities or people I love and love to hang out with.  But the notion that they are saying they would rather spend time in a game than with someone who wants them bad enough for sex is alien to me.

The list continued from there....Bow hunting.  Are you serious?  Wearing a ridiculous looking outfit, sitting in the middle of the cold woods, to shoot a deer with a stick from another stick thats bent by a string instead of being home, warm and enjoyting yourself.  *blinks.  FISHING?!  I'm not even going to comment on that.

Now that I read back over this post, I realize I sound like a horndog.  *shrugs.  Meh, there are worse things to be.
