Here's a second dose of stupid Internet shit tonight, in order to inure your hearts to the soul-crushing misery of this upcoming Valentine's Day!
What happens when you take something as unintentionally tragic as PostSecret, and make it so much more tragic that the tragedy swings right back around into comedy? You get a site like Fuck My Life! Originally conceived as a place where people could anonymously complain about their lives and commiserate in each other's suffering, the site has instead evolved into a goldmine of (possibly) real-life black humor. Every posting starts with "Today," and ends with "FML" ("Fuck my life"). An example:
Today, I decided to send my boyfriend a pic text of me naked. I accidently sent it to my dad and got a text back saying "You definitely take after your mom". FML
If you are having a shitty day and you need to put things in perspective, this site will cheer you right up. And if your day has been so terrible that the site fails to cheer you up, you can always post about it there and at least get a few lol omgs from the peanut gallery in sympathy.
