Interesting question, if you are doing them both at the same time would that be the same as playing Guitar Hero?

I play Actual Guitar Hero.

As in, I play an mp3 of a song I like and try to play along while I scroll guitar tabs down my Firefox window.

I guess it wouldn't be too hard to write a program that would actually display the colored dots and everything, but it would ruin my ability to follow the beat without help.
