Faith & Descent: A Hercules Picspam

Challenge 13 for picspammy is to picspam something you've never picspammed before. I figured it would be appropriate to picspam something that has been a love of mine for years yet a love I've never paid tribute to appropriately. I've been watching this show since I was child. It started when I would watch it with my mom during the day and I had a feeling that she was watching it mostly for Kevin Sorbo. However, a genuine love for Greek Mythology, this show, and the character of Iolaus grew within me. The love faded for a while until I bought the first couple of seasons on DVD. It wasn't until I finally got the last three seasons on DVD that my love came back tenfold. I realized I had never seen the official ending of this series (perhaps long ago as a child but I couldn't remember most of it) and watching it with a more mature mindset and more passionate feelings, these scenes broke my heart. I had lost my favorite character and the sheer pain Hercules felt over losing his best friend hit me like a ton of bricks. I figured it was time to pay tribute to this amazing show that has been in my life for so long as well as the emotions these scenes evoked from me.

"Come on. Don't you give up on me. Come on. Come on!
Don't you give up on me!"

"No - it should have been me."
"He loved you so much. He wouldn't have wanted that."
"I know. He was my hero."

"Gods of Sumeria, I've never prayed before - not even to my
own gods - but I don't know what else to do. Please. Help me. I need him back.
We took down Gilgamesh! Iolaus died fighting for you! Show me you have more compassion than the gods I know and bring him back! You owe him that! Do you hear me? Do you hear me?! Are you even listening? I won’t let you go."

"I know it hurts. I think about him all the time, too. But you just can't walk into the underworld and take him back from the dead."
"Watch me."

"Iolaus is dead. I killed him. I killed my best friend."
