Catch you later, calculator.

You know how you go through those phases of fandoms? Where you still love all your favourites just the same but there's a certain one that's top of the bill?

I'm in that transition right now with Ugly Betty.

Srsly. I love that show hardcore. -hints at new icons-

I watched an episode here and there from season one when it was on and I wasn't doing anything else (though I've seen all the episodes from season one now--yay for marathons on ABC!) but now it's one of those shows I watch every Thursday. And last Thursday was such a fantastic episode. I'm not happy that Henry is the father but hey, it provides for a plot. Plus Marc made up. "DOOM. DOOOOOOOM." -falls-

Marc: What year were you born?
Amanda: 1991.
Marc: You're sixteen?
Amanda: 1992.
Marc: Other way.

LAWL. And the bear coming to life? OMG. Gail and I agreed that was terrifying. Plus Victor Garber is playing Betty's literature teacher! Why does he always plays those mean professors? But there's the cute emo boy in her class. And Daniel's fake grin and thumbs-up to indicate he's lying. Haha.

And then there's Henry. Dear Henry. :D I've started to say "Catch you later, calculator," when I leave or something. Because it's made of that much win. -giggles-

And the Gio/Betty/Henry triangle is going to be JUST LIKE Jess/Rory/Dean from Gilmore Girls except BETTER. Because with the latter, I could care less who Rory ended up with since I didn't like Jess or Dean and paid no mind to it, instead focusing on all the little Luke/Lorelai hints. :3 But with Gio/Betty/Henry, I ADORE Henry and am aching for the writers to give Betty and Henry a chance. I don't know if I dislike Gio yet but I do know that I'll always love Henry. Huzzah! -snuggles the nerd-

Kay. And the preview for this upcoming episode? I swore I swooned when I saw shirtless Henry. My goodness. And the week after that is the whole mix-up with Wicked and Henry and Betty ending up on Glinda's bubble thing. -sporfles- Which is, of course, a reference to season one.

Yeah. I love this show. <3

Speaking of GG, I do miss it. I miss the weekly Tuesday discussion at gilmore_girls and everything about it. D: Luckily I own the seasons. But still.

Maxi's party last night was amazing. We had the best scavenger hunt ever where Larissa, Gail, and I ran around the backyard screaming our heads off. OMGYAY. And then we danced like crazy people and watched Rocky Horror Picture Show. Oh, and hung out with Vanessa Marano who played April on GG. That was pretty neat.

The PSATs weren't horrible. I feel pretty good about them and I'll get my scores right before winter break. I think my only tiff with them was the short amount of time they gave us. But giggling with Kevin, Graden, and Chris was rather exciting.

And afterwards I went shopping. Whoo. Got a new pair of capris, two shirts, a new pair of shoes (ohemgeecrazy), and a sweatshirt that I'm in love with.

I have to go to dance rehearsal now, though. I kind of don't want to simply because I have so much work I want to get done. Oh well. I won't be able to stay long anyway (couple hours). -shrugs-

24 days until the release of Gilmore Girls Season 7 and Amazing Grace DVDs.
28 more days until the Billy Joel concert.
