eek, yay, an update!

*cries* I don't like Erestor in this... I mean, I do, but he's being mean to Glorfindel...

Glorfindel is not exactly very loving and supportive, either... I'd say they deserve each other. And this is not the end of the story yet, soooo...

But it's not comparative! It's as if as reaction to a slap you kick someone's balls!!!

Hm, let me see... Glorfindel tells Erestor that they are a) not together, b) not obligated to each other, c) never told him he loves him, d) doesn't want anybody to know. To me, that's quite some kick balls material. And as I said: the story is not finished yet.

Hmmm... I've lived both situations (the "Relationship... what relationship?" one and the "Shameless flirting with another IN MY FACE" one (it was the same person, by the way)), and the second one hurt a lot more. And it wasn't even more than flirting. But that's a very personal matter, people react differently to the same things and feel more or less strongly in each case. So I'm not trying to say that "I'm-the-wielder-of-the-Universal-Truth" and you're not, it's only my point of view. Anyway, Erestor's actions are totally credible and as Glorfindel said, they're free to come and go... it just has been such a shock!!

But that's good... that way we never know what comes next!

(...I've got faith in you as the "Fairy-Godmother-of-the-Happy-Endings", though...)

I absolutely see where you're coming from. :-) I mary-sued this Erestor a lot, for I'd react exactly the same way if I'd been told that "we never said that..." and "but we are both free to". Unfortunately, that way I always end up with the Orophins of this world, who are great fun to get and have, but a pain to keep.

*eyes magic wand* Well, I think it is safe to say that (almost) all involved in this little tale will be happy in the end. ;)
