Spam is, in general, a nuisance. Sometimes it's hilarious, though. For example when you get things like "Mauburz, want to clear your credit file the Christian way?"
It makes me wonder what Mauburz does in the shop. Maybe I should have a look at the books. Today I got once more spam mail which made me laugh:
"Glorfindel
Hi my name is Jada and I'm 26 years old.
I have Athletic body, Dark Brown hair and Blue eyes.
I would like to get to know men. I am a bit shy but open for everything.
You can contact me now at..."
I told Glorfindel to ignore it, but does he ever listen to me? No, of course not. He took my quill and a scroll and replied:
"My dear lady Jada,
I am humbled and flattered by your offer. Alas, I think between your 26 years and my 5698, the age gap is too big. You are still decades from your majority! Do your parents know what you are doing? Oh, no, wait, you are a mortal. My apologies. You would like to get to know men? Why not Hobbits? They are friendly, mild-mannered and cuddly. Admittedly, they are a little small, but imagine the benefits! Should it rain, you could carry him in your bag and keep him nice and dry. When the sun comes out shining, he could walk in your shadow; an aspect many women, so I heard, appreciate greatly.
Anyway. Your offer honours me, but I think I shall stay with this sourly, boring old rake of an advisor here for the time being. He is still good for another four ages or five.
