I taught my first lesson first thing this morning. It went quite well, my mentor teacher was impressed. What is somewhat amusing is that all these supposed management techniques I was supposedly using were instinctual and just my normal way of acting. Congratulations on doing so well your first day! As for the stuff you want to do better with, don't beat yourself up about it. Take note of it and you'll be even more super next time you teach.

It's always amazing how much we do without noticing. Apparently I'm an amazing tutor just by being myself, according to what Sandy told me today. o.0 You've been practicing for this in so many different ways for a long time. And you are always going to be your own worst critic, dear. Of course you are amazing. But also of course, by picking out where you think you could do better, you can totally take 'amazing' and turn it into 'HOMG amazing!!' Score! <3

Good luck on your field trip, and hopefully none of your little munchkins get lost and whooshed away to Oz. *huggles*
