Things are going to fall apart very soon. Grima already has most of what happened figured out. Trotter suspects. If Thorondir were to let my name slip even accidently under pressure - I'd have alot of explaining to do.
The only way to avoid this is to kill Thorondir when the machines are down and count Ioreth not wanting to resurrect him. There's a neatness to it as Trotter will die a painful death without hope of a resurrection...all my debts paid in one fell swoop and myself in the clear.
I found Thorondir working at fixing the cloning tubes this evening. He's half suicidal already. Poor stupid boy. For a bit I considered letting him go with just a warning but he practically fell into it.
Have decided to take him outside and kill him then dump his body in the nearest lake. I don't need his death on my hands as well...but really this more a mercy killing than anything else.
