Movie Night.
So yesterday Andrew M. called and asked if I wanted to come over with some of the other cast members and watch some movies that our director and dramaturg had recomended, so I did. It was me, Andrew (Argan), Dustin (Beralde), Taz (Toinette), and Brian (Purgon), and for a little while Adam (Diaforus), and there was much Silliness and Revelry and Drinking. (I asked if I should put an X on my hand, but we all decided I'd just be the token minor to get arrested if the cops busted in, and I didn't drink anyway, so it didn't really matter. XD)
Anyhow, we watched Duck Soup for the slapstick, and were very "WTH, how does this pertain to Moliere?" the whole time. Then for the period, we watched Dangerous Liasions and decided that the movie would have been two hours shorter if Malkovitch and Close would have just screwed at the beginning and gotten it over with. And Keanu Reeves was in it. With a ponytail, and the personality of a Golden Retriever. Need I say more? Uma Thurman was good though.
Now, back to the wonderful world of writer's block!
