You like LotR or Spn or both?
Someone posed a question in Supernatural fandom the other day. If the stars of the show had been cast on LotR, who would they be? Well, some people took to manipulations...
Saw these today. Jared Padalecki as Legolas and Jensen Ackles as Haldir.

There were others posted in dean_sam today, but not quite as good.
The boys would make good elves, seeing as how they're so freakin' tall (although maybe not skinny enough). Jared would be a good Glorfindel, I think. 6'4" of pure muscle. Or maybe Thranduil! He's got some traits in common with Orlando, if you can ignore that he's five years younger. And Jensen is just so pretty, with those big green eyes... Maybe Rúmil or Ecthelion. But they could both as easily be Gondorians or Rohirrim. Jensen's got that strawberry blond, freckled look, perfect for Rohan. Jared is dark, with that big smile; totally Gondor.
I might have to try and make a manip myself. I've never seen a Spn/LotR crossover before. Spn/HP however...
