CONGRATS SALLY N JONNO!!
Hehe, it was my cousin Sally's wedding yesteday! Wahoo! I didn't update last night cuz we got back kinda late and I was being a lazy ass! *slaps wrist* Hehe. Well the wedding was at St.Pauls church in Woodhouse Eaves, and lastest about an hour. Sally looked absolutely beautiful!! My other cousin (ok, there were four of my cousins there..they're all bro n sis..there was Sally, Anna, Stef and Anjay), Anna, was bridesmaid and she looked gorgeous. She's always been my favourite cousin, I don't know why, I still love em all though! The wedding lastest about an hour then we went to the reception place which was in Tilton on the Hills..half an hour drive or so. I like car journeys anyway! Lol, yeah I'm normal. We had to wait in this hall place for about an hour whilst dinner was being cooked..which was amazingly boring just standing there while everyone else was chatting. I didn't know 85% of the people there!! But Stu seemed to make friends quickly!! He made friends with two of Anjay's friends..Anjay's well cool. So I just stood there talking to dad for ages! Lol. I tell ya, it was bloody freezing outside!! Cuz there was a latch on the door..so it was open..letting in alllllllllll the cold!! Stoop door.
We were let into the dinner place at about 6, was a nice place to eat dinner. It was really cosy in there! I was on a table with my fam (mum, dad, and stu), and my dad's cousins, Lewis and Brenda..and their spouses, Lewis' wife Barbra, and Brenda's husband Graham. It was well funny with those lot. They make me howl, lol! No one got a choice of what they were eating, it was already made - if ya get me. We had prawn cocktails for starters (
) so I just had the bread around that came with it and an imperial mint - we all got our own tin!!
They are so addictive!! Now my favourite sweet/mint! I've gotten through two tins already! Lol! For dinner we had chicken and vegetables, and for desert I had rasberry crumble. Mmmmm *drools* We were given some coffee after the dinner/desert thing. Lmao, the size of the cups!!! It was even a cup! More of a doll house cup!! Me and Stu called them coffee shots!! I couldn't manage it all in one, one and a half for me!! After all that, we were given some Polish drink..which was like cherry brandy..blehhh!! It was horrible. We had it as a toast from my uncle Stan who did a speech, me and Stu dared each other to down it. Talk about burning a hole in ya throat! Hehe. Jonno did a speech too, and so did the best man - who was quite cute!! So then we had to drink some champagne..eeerhh, champagne is rank. But I drank a lil bit in respect of the toast! We had some wedding cake about half an hour later. The rest of the night was just socialness, I went over to Anna and chatted to her for a while. In all, it was a good night!! Plus dad bought me some Smirnoff Ice, so that was even better cuz thats the best alcopop in the world! Me and Stu are actually getting along like brother and sister now, it's great!!
