yay?
So, i've been getting emails the past few weeks about this psych lab looking for people to join.. it sounded really interesting, and i ended up having an interview over the phone today...
According to ashley (girl who conducted the interview) there are 6 different subsets of the lab, some of which are interactive, and others which are more business. obviosuly i'm more interested in the interactive part, which involves teaching high school students leadership skills and relationship abilities in order to increase life satisfaction (which is far more interesting to me than what a lot of labs out there do). but if i wanted to i could also work with grant writing/computer stuff/marketing/research/organizational stuff. hooray for options!
Anyway i think she basically offered me a position... and as much as I'm nervous for this I'm also really excited. I really want and need this opportunity. I just hope I have time for everything in the fall.
