Bacon and egg
I just cooked my first breakfast.
Aunt Laura has some organic bacon in the fridge that was going to go bad if I didn't eat it, so I took this as my commission. I'd never cooked bacon before, though I've seen it done plenty of times. I burned it a little, but I've had worse. It was nice and crispy, but still a little moist.
Then I figured an egg would go well with that. I'd never cooked an egg, either. But it turned out quite well, too.
I feel primitive. I did not kill the meat, but at least I can cook it!
Gotta go. I still have chores.
