(no subject)

Today I got up at about 4:30 am, as apposed to going to bed around then. It started Friday. Friday night I thought I would be able to go to bed around 2 or 3 am, but ended up buying From Dust around 2 am, and played it until 7 am (I recommend it!) when I went to bed. I woke up Saturday about 4:30 pm, which concerned me, as I thought I was back on top of my sleep schedule. No more buying games late at night for me! Anyways, Saturday night, I was feeling drowsy about midnight. Normally I just plow through the drowsy bit and start being alert in a little bit. This time, I decided to use the drowsiness and go to bed. So I did. And then woke up 4 hours later. Considering I was awake for like 8 hours the 'day' before, that 4 hours of sleep will probably be plenty enough for today.

First thing I did? I went to the apt complex's exercise room and rode the exercise bike for about 10 minutes. I think I am going to try and do that for the next couple of weeks in the mornings. If I can make a habit of it, it should be good for me.

In other news! I have finalized in my mind the decision to go back to school. I was hesitant the last couple of weeks but I figure that if it turns out to be a mistake, then this is the best time in my life for me to make that mistake. I wandered around ASU's Tempe campus Friday night and that was what finalized the idea for me. It felt like the right place to be, even deserted and empty.

Also, the anger I mentioned in the last post seems to have stopped since I posted the post. I guess I needed to just talk it out. Plus making this decision has removed some of that anxiety.
