So close to the completion of Operation: Boyadha Blade!
AXI dynamis today. Gather time was 4:45 for Dynamis - Xarcabard; I got there a bit early. Apparently some LS took the zone a little before we got there and didn't get out until 6:30ish, and by that time ANOTHER LS had gathered at Xarc and managed to claim the zone instead of us. Long story short, Dynamis - Valkrum went okay. It seems that this isn't the first time we've had Saturday Xarcabard stolen from us, so hopefully there will be some sort of scheduling change to work this out at some point.
Brimah posted an application to AXI (without even telling me he was seriously considering it, the bastard!), but it was almost immediately tainted by weird drama. No, not the sort of drama that happened recently when Brimah regained his account from Topher. Something about breaking linkpearls when he was quitting way back when like a year and a half ago. Wait, what? Now, don't get me wrong, the Brimah vs. Topher battle is long and confusing to the point where even I don't understand all of it, and I was a major player in some of it. But a couple of guys Brimah and I don't remember said Brimah broke a lot of pearls one day for no reason? We're pretty sure that never happened. Who ARE these people? iiZerg spies, no doubt, trying to soil my friend's application! It's a tarp!
AHHH! MINES PLACED BY OUR POLITICAL ENEMIES! Oh... wait... no... curb the paranoia. It's just a qiqirn mine. I've been doing random assaults lately and have gotten to 40/51 complete with all the ones I don't have in the highest four ranks. Shpen's doing a halfhearted attempt to finish them off and get some of the Salvage mains Captain rank and so progress is a bit slow but decently steady. Not that Captain rank really helps much, but I might as well shoot for completing every goal that I can.
