Bank holiday weekend
Right, it's another bank holiday and although it's the gathering weekend as we don't have the money for me to go we are doing another movie marathon. This one shall be a little less intense as we are changing from a series of films to a theme so less pressure to get through so many. The themes we have in mind are:
Gangster films (Eg. Casino and Bittersweet Life)
Monster films (Eg. Dog Soldiers)
Films with religious themes (Eg. Exorcist)
Past, present and future (No examples for this one, it's a surprise)
Horror (Eg. The Ring)
Period films (Eg. Zatoichi and A Knight's Tale)
This will be taking place on SUNDAY so that we can get drunk and not have to get up for work the next day!
