Today I have checked the new rotation of First Class meals. I am currently too full to move due to:
Duck foie gras with plum wine jelly and duck confit.
Grilled asparagus with pepper and truffle butter.
Fillet steak with pomme anna, blanched veg and cep.
Seared dover sole with parsley potatoes, carrots, asparagus, parsley caper sauce and/or sauce vierge.
Corn fed chicken with chicken thigh farce between blanched ravioli squares, roasted diced veg and a garlic and thyme cream sauce.
Pasta with stilton and button mushrooms.
Pasta with tomato, oregano and olives.
I feel the chances of me eating like this ever again are kind of small so I feel I should keep some track of it.
