Only Six More Days!!!!

It's funny, the older I get the more I love Christmas and yet, my reasons for loving it constantly change. When I was a kid, of course, it was all about the presents. Now it's about the peace it brings (along with all the stress) I think it's a time of death and rebirth that leads up to New Years... the fact that Christmas IS so stressful, allows us a vehicle to sort of baptize ourselves from all the crap the last year brought and open us to the possibility of new beginnings.

Or maybe I am just waxing poetic tonight. It's been known to happen.
