Its 10:34 am and already, its been a day (or two days) of many surprises
I expected my birthday to pass like anyother day, since im still in Australia
and all the people who normally celebrate it with me are at home in Sg.
also, alot of the people i hang out with have gone back home..
I just came back from breakkie with carmen, who got me a buffalo notebook
and bought me breakfast. we talked about freddy for a long time! and then
later about knowledge, jobs and her honours research project.
I think it was quite an honour that she said that jon and I have been the
biggest mental stimulators in her life. I appreciate that.
I also appreciated the fact that she said, I think I have to learn how
to think and plan things from you. You are able to convince me,
and its so good.
Thank you Fenner for teaching me methodology.
I came back, and also found this waiting for me in my inbox.
happy birthday :) - especially meaningful since none of them
reply my mails.
Dear Natalie,
Yes, this is a topic I would be very interested in, particularly in Singapore.

But most of all, I think the most meaningful start to my day,
has got to be the multiple polaroid shots, cake, magic candles
and emily and pk surprising me.
In Canberra, it is probably not wrong to say em knows me the best.
we've been housemates for a whole year. and despite both of us
being initially apprehensive.. i think it's worked out very well. Our
tempraments complement each other -
i.e.: i can get absolutely
grouchy and grumpy when she's totally in check of her emotions
and can controll them so well.
em loves cooking and baking.
and i love eating
actually we both appreciate food, and shopping for food.
em loves talking, and i (most of the time) like giving advice.
:)
em loves shopping, I love telling her how to shop more wisely.
hahaha, we're such good complements.
and she's been such a big part of my life this year,
going to farmers markets together,
going on adventures in namadgi national park,
we used to play frisbee alot together,
we appreciate capturing moments (although... i actually
think she appreciates the equiptment more than me. hahaha)
we both love travel
and we both love learning.
thanks for the wonderful surprise em and pk.
and the awesome earphones. (I needed them!)
Too bad you'll be in daylessord during your bday :c
...but don't forget to check your table when you get home c:
