It seems that every time I think I'm over this insomnia crap, I find myself staring at the clock at 2:15 a.m. or so, knowing that I have to get up at 8:00, and knowing just as well that I'm not going to fall asleep anytime soon. I could really do without this sort of thing.

Have you tried melatonnin or even valerian root? Try one at a time. They might help. They helped Hubby when he had insomnia.

Jessi has suggested this. The problem is that it's not a regualr problem, and by the time I realize that it's happening, I don't have 8 hours to sleep anymore.
