Finally...
I turned 19 today.
Finally.
At first I wanted to make a cake on sunday for today, but somehow I forgot that the shops are closed on May, 1st (as well as on sunday), so I couldn't buy any ingredients.
But my friends made one for me instead, so yeah... we had something to do to eat during class.
The whole auditorium smelled of cake and a lot of people where envious of me having a great cake made by my great friends.
Yay, I am 19.
19 is a great number, just because it has a nine in it.
I love '9', since I am the 9th (and youngest) child in the family. Besides it is an odd number and I like odd numbers.
I love how lots of sites reminded me that it's my birthday today. XD Like I'd forget....
Hmh, I met a lot of great people in the last few weeks and I am really grateful for that.
I'd like to share the rest of my cake with these people. I like them even though I might not know all about them and will never meet them in person.
Whoever reads this: FEEL FREE TO TAKE A SLICE OF CAKE.
(I had it in my bag, so it looks a bit crushed, because the bus was crowded and I was glad I made it out in one piece... but it tastes delicious nonetheless!)
Oh, and I got a shirt that says:
"I secretly divide by zero."
Because I divided by zero in a homework for Physical Chemistry and the guy, who checked the homework, drew a skull and crossbones beside the arithmetic.
It is a kind of running gag in our group since then...
It's students plenum tomorrow, where they discuss what changes can be made to make studying at university more "enjoyable". I won't join them, because I don't think that any changes are nessesary. (Except they can make that the day has 25 hours from now on, giving me one more hour to sleep?). I am satisfied with the current situation, so I won't complain.
I know many people, who have a lot more trouble with "enjoying their studies", so they should get the chance to be heard. Besides the largest auditorium only takes 3000 people and the whole university has 30.000 students... so most of us have to stay at home anyways...)
Urgh, I just can't stop watching this: Old insurance commercial and this: Another insurance commercial.
There are more of these, but these are my favorites.
I love watching commercials as long as they are entertaining.
