Oh, Mr. Mailman....

Dear Eomer,

Elphir is loose and probably heading your way. Just giving you a heads up or such. If possible, try not to kill himtoo much. Thanks. :)

Love,
Erchi

I wonder how Elfwine will take it when he shows up and Elphir isn't with me. Maybe I'll tell him I sold Elphir to the circus in exchange for some magic beans.

He'll endeavor to have a small heart attack minus the heart part.

Holy crap. Give a body warning before sneaking up like that.

So... I'm thinking maybe you should attach a bell or something to him. Then we'll know where Elphir is all the time.

You're a pacifist, just remember that. And 'sides, you lost him first. I just lost him more, so pleasestopglaringatmelikethat. :ducks head:

The more time I spend around your family the more I start to forget.

I sent Damien to find him. Therefore we are going to get something to eat and wait.

We tend to have that effect on people. Ents? Once an ent set himself on fire after spending an hour with my great-great grandfather.

You sent Damien? Good choice. All Elphir has to do is wave something shiny at him, and your hound is rendered useless. But i can get behind the eating thing. I've lived on Peeps these last couple days. One more peep and I'll turn burn-your-retinas yellow.

Like Elphir knows if he'd have something shiny or not. Anyway. Let me have my foolish optimism.

How does a hobbit smoothie sound? *innocently*

True. Although he was able to sense when I moved away from him. You don't know what skills he's developed to compansate. :shrugs: He's good at adapting to the situation at hand. It's why he was a leader.

:frowns: I don't like your humor. My husband is missing and I'm quite alone in this form. I'm very aware how vunerable I am. No need to remind me. :hopeful: Did you bring the gummie worms?

Aww. Okay.

And here's a giant bag of them, just for you. *tosses it over* Don't get sick.

Saw you move... he's not completely blind. I kind of figured that out. He can sort of see light. Put him somewhere dim and all that 'skills' you're talking about go bye. Made it easier to deal with him. See? A glowing eye does wonders if you have need to keep the lights off at all times.

People can get sick off gummie worms? Surely you jest, for they are the food of the gods.

So you live in the dark? No wonder you're so pale. No offense, but you're one step above those little cave worms that glow-in-the-dark. The sun is your friend.

You know, Elphir really dislikes you. You're the only person willing to keep him alive and he runs in the other direction. Why do you still want to find him? You don't have to tell me. I'm just curious.

I don't know why. I'd say love but that sounds trite and doesn't explain a thing.

Guilt, definitely. What was one of the reasons his father was so angry at him to even start this? And I was the inspiration for Melkor's curse. Etc. *rolls eyes* Martyr complexes sneak up on a person.

My dad would have hurt Elphir eventually. You were just an excuse. Lothy was gone and so was I. Elphir was really the only one left to fuck with.

Have you ever thought of finding yourself someone who... you know, isn't in need of a prozac-arsenic cocktail?

Amandil didn't really work out. With Elphir I can rest assured that for all my faults he makes me look stellar in comparison.

You didn't exactly go to Amandil with the best intentions. Unless homicide is suddenly a good deed.

My family is so strange. :leans against: Is my eyebrow growing back yet?

Lord. I never would have done that. I was just going to outwait him, actually. I'm good at that.

It is. It's strudel damage.

You remain eyebrowless o wonky one.

I'm going to paint a new one on as soon as I can find the paint.

Not so good. He outlasted you in the marriage thing.

Strudel damage? You think so? Hmmm. Now I wonder how I'm fucked up. :yawns: Don't mind me. Long couple of days. :leans heavier:
