Of Computers a Confiture
So my computer was stolen yesterday out of my friend Johnny's car. It really sucks because not only was it stolen, but so was my student ID, my $200 stethoscope and all my hospital contacts>:(
I've been looking at new computers, and I've decided to ditch Dell, and go with a new Toshiba Portégé. They're super lightweight, fast and it has all the features I need for school.
I won't Get it until I get back from France, so that really sucks. I wanted to load pictures as I took them as well as give frequent updates. Hopefully my aunt's computer is compatible with SD memory cards.
I am super excited to leave, and I'm over the moon about being done with all my lecture classes! I can't wait to start Clinicals so that I can start feeling like I know what I'm doing. I haven't felt that way in over a year. I miss feeling and being competent.
I'm only bringing one of my 12 textbooks with me so that I can just keep up a little over the break. There's no way I'm wasting my vacation studying the whole time!
I can't wait to see my cousins and aunts and uncles again. It's been 10 long years. I got them all som jalapeño jelly to give them a little taste of Texas^_^ They usually eat jelly with breakfast, so I hope they'll like it. If not, I do:9
