So that's the book cover. Luke had damn well better not be the "sacrifice", but as someone else posted, he does look like a ghost on the back cover.
And Jacen becomes a Sith. Not a surprise. I suppose it was time for a main character to go Dark, but the way Jacen has been written in the last few novels has... well, I guess he's bored me more than annoyed me. His thought process is so odd, as if the writers are struggling to fit him to the fate that Lucas et al has decreed for him. He's not coming off as "real", and his mental struggles (and even those horrible physical tortures) have left me disinterested in him. And a little squicked. A "good" villain needs to be sympathetic in some way, and Jacen isn't hitting that note... for me, anyway.
