Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge James Kleinberg disagreed, ruling that no one has the right to publish information that could have been provided only by someone breaking the law.

Apparently it's okay when it's treason they are committing, like say, publishing a CIA agent's name and where she is for political retribution, but not when it's trade secrets they are giving away.
