wow i hate my jobs.. why cant i work at a normal place?
today i decided that i am goin to be a dental hygenist.. im sooo sick of these little bs jobs with people who dont give a shit trying to run them.. they treat everyone like shit and so then the employess dont care enough to come to work... then they finally get soo pissed off they quit..
i started at brewed in june threr was like 12 people working there.. there is only TWO of those original 12 left! that tells you something right there.. something has got to be fucked up!
i swear everyday some kinda bullshit happends and its just ridiculous.. if i didnt have bills and shit i would walk the fukc out and never come back i swear! gahhh!!!!
i guess i should explain what happened today that made.. err.. makes me this mad.. well .. lets jsut start with monday... i guess it must be said that the the gm is getting married so we have this new assistant managers and shes really nice soo nothing against her but.. her first week at our store and she has to do the schudual while miranda is gone.. and she has no clue who works what and shit.. so neways this weeks schedual didnt get posted til late saturday... then i got taken down and changed 5 million times.. so i called sun night to find out what time i came in on mon.. 6am okay no big deal.. so i get there on mon morn at 6 am.. the stores dark.. cars are driving thru the drive thru and leaving and the pastries are sitting by the back door.. wierd.. i try to open the door.. its locked.. the fuckin store isnt open! (we are supposed to open at 5 btw) so i get back into my car (i have just gotten a new phone so i have no numbers.. who the hell am i supposed to call? well just as i was trying to figure it out rachel the new assis. man drives up... and shes PISSED... so we get the store open an hr and 1/2 late..
what happened? well steph.. who was supposed to open got there at 430 and just happened to glance at the scedual and saw that she didnt work til 7. so what'd she do? got all pissed and drove back home.. turns out she was looking at last weeks sched and she WAS the opener. then molly the pic for the day was suppoed to get tehre at 5 over slept so she didnt get there til 7.. gay! so yah that was fun.. i got to do the drive thru and people came thru all moring and were still pissed about how we werent opne and blah blah blah
then.. tuesday was actually okay.. besides the fact that i was stuck on head set and couldnt do my jobs so i got outta there and hr and a half later.. had to stay at least 45 mins off the clock to finish mopping and shit!... but i made 27 bucks so its okay i guess..
so today i was about ready to DIE.. soo freakin mad.. i was determined to get outta there on time.. i went in at 7 and was supposed to be off at 1... so did my jobs and got my shit done.. well anne (the next girl to come on is in school so she couldnt get there til o1:30 so i was asked to stay the extra 30.. wel just as i was about to leave josh calls (the othe closer.. )and says his car has broken down and he cant get to work.. hes gonna try and find a ride but hes gonna be late.. so guess who gets voted (not asked) to stay til he gets here? ME! fuck! it would have been different of they were busy but they weren't.. two people could have handled it.. neways so i wait around til 330 (mind u didnt get asked if i could stay or offered a break) finally i say that i am sitting down for a while.. so i did and then i get back at 4 and finally get to leave cuz they decide that josh is prolly never gonna come! dumb!
oooh and we have these stupid syrup tests that we get to take randomly.. and i HATE tests.. and if you miss any you dont get tips for that day.. well guess who got to take a test today..and guess who missed ONE! FUCK! so ya i just worked 9 hrs and got NO tips.. and the other girl that was worlking this morn missed like 8 so one girl got ALL the tips.. she prolly walked with 50 bucks.. bitch..
also i thought of something else.. the gm of both stores jenni comes (shes the one that decided to give the damn tests...) and does nothing but write the other two girls up for something stupid and dumb i am sure.. and puts up all these notes all over the store saying how the store looks like shit and even when we are busy it needs to be presentable.. well FUCK YOU is all i have to say to that!
gah and to think i have to go back tomarrow and close..
ooo i just got a idea.. i think josh should close for me on sat since i stayed for him today!.. yup yup yup.. prolly not cuz i bet he already works.. fucker!
neways.. ahhh i feel better already.. im soo glad i have a journal i can vent to!
