transformers 2... now I know why I waited so long...
how anyone paid 12$ for this movie and sat through 3+ hours is beyond my comprehension....
you know what I'd spend 12$ on?
I'd pay 12 dollars to watch Quentin Tarantino using his scrawny-rabid-weasel strength to beat Michael Bay to death with the frozen corpse of Uwe Boll (thank you roomie for suggesting this fabulous and indeed exciting piece of fantasy filmage) Everything that's wrong with this film screams director/producer/writer hubris. Either that or gross incompetence. Whole characters who exist to only annoy people, recycled cliches from film 1, recycled dialog, recycled footage, recycled musical queues? The fact that Optimus was surgically removed from the plot for 1/2 the film for convenient-story-purposes only meant his character was spared some of the humiliation of being involved with this story.
Roller-derby 'bot fights aside, i'm only watching this one again with a finger pressed firmly on the FF button. :-P
Although, really the Decepticon-Robot-Girlfriend who later gets destroyed? This has to be Michael Bay's personal wet-dream. Hot chick + military tech + BOOM. Exploding femme-bots is everything he could ever want...
