I am from a 'verse where there is a Gallifreyan named "The Traveler", but I've met his counter-part The Doctor when he brought his Rose and the half-Time Lord I came to know as Theta Sigma.
I've been given the responsibility, well, I've chosen to be responsible for Theta's care and safety. This was terribly apparent after his Rose's death.
It has been five years since I had to place John Theta Sigma in containment. I regret it...no matter what anyone else says. And he's escaped.
I...want another chance. To try again. I'm so sorry.
