Started out crap, turned out great.
Today was the day! The trip to Richmond to attend the Laurell K. Hamilton booksigning! I woke up around 1PM(we were out late last night, I'm not crazy lazy or anything). By 3:30PM I was out the door to pick up Kacey and Luke. 3:45PM I pull into a gas station and accidentally end up locking my keys in the car.

A mechanic happens to be nearby, but he is unable to get my car open. Dad drives by and sees me though, picks me up, and we drive home quick and get the spare key. Yay! I'm back in my car! Finally, by 4:30, I'm on the road again. About 5 miles before the tunnel there's a big backup.. 40 minutes later, we're back up to speed. We manage to get to the book signing at 7:20. It was supposed to get started at 7:30. It actually started at 6:30. Grr! We stand in line for 3 hours. I get to meet Laurell K. Hamilton and she says she likes my boots. ^_^ She signs my book and I get a picture together, with my tall ass towering over her tiny one. Hehe.
After a quest for food and a 2 hour drive home, I am tired.
