My fangirl-in-training shares his opinion

So unlike me, Luke is apparently less than utterly thrilled at the prospect of Terminator Salvation. Reason being? He doesn't think it can be better than The Sarah Connor Chronicles. (Hee.)

For context, Luke loathes most television, with exceptions I can count on the fingers of one hand (The X-Files, LOST, Firefly), and thinks T:SCC is "pretty much the best show ever made" in comparison. (I just asked him for clarification, that this is what he really believes, and he said: "well, out of every TV show I have seen thus far." This is an important disclaimer, as he hasn't watched nearly as much as his obsessive well-versed nerd wife.)

He is so cute. I love him. Even if we don't see eye-to-eye on some of the finer aspects of fandom. And even if he is dismissive of some things I love that contain ungodly levels of cheese (Buffy, Dark Angel, and Roswell bring him great consternation). At least he will ramble on with me about these pressing geektacular matters, and so fulfill one of his most important husbandly duties! And to see him being so enthusiastic about this little-show-that-could brings me great joy.

(No, I haven't watched Ourselves Alone yet. Yes, I am dying.)

(HEE. More amusement: "Luke, who do you think is hotter? Sarah or Cameron?" "Hmm. Cameron's got the better body, but Sarah's got the better face." *beat* "But Sarah's body's pretty nice too." *LOVES*)
