Theatrical trailer for The X-Files: I Want to Believe.
It really does look beautifully shot, and despite one too many "It's here!"s from Billy Connolly, I'm sold. I love Scully's line "I'm done chasing monsters in the dark," although most fans reportedly hate it because it means Scully isn't one-hundred-percent a-okay and on the best of terms with Mulder. To that I say: dude. It's been six years since the finale, and it only makes sense that after 9 years of paranormal, conspiracy-laden hell and 6 more years of being on the lam, Scully would be a bit peeved about the past rearing up to repeat itself. I like peeved!Scully. It's realistic. Things shouldn't be all rainbows and butterflies between our favorite agents - when have they ever been? The important thing is that they are there for each other, not that they see eye to eye.
Anyway, more on that rant another time. Most amusing thing about this trailer? Mulder's body being dragged away in the snow like the woman earlier - ah, Mulder!torture, some traditions never die... ;P
