I found out this afternoon what happened to my IH-403 Combine. I received a call on my cell phone (voice mail) from the RCMP around 2pm. Seems that Philip Wilkins sold the combine to a neighbour back in 2004, and the machine sat on the farm ever since. This creates a problem because Philip had every right to sell it back then, but it was on MY property as of October 1st 2007, and I have a legal document saying any machinery left on the farm as of that date belongs to me. So, what to do now? I'm going to have to talk to Coralie Geving (my lawyer in Shaunavon) to determine how to proceed. In any case, I either want $3,500.00 or I want the combine (or a comparable one) returned.
Also noticed that SaskEnergy expects their deposit for the bowling alley TOMORROW. The letter only arrived two days ago! Going to have to call them in the morning and get that mess straightened out.
