I got my account back!
Well it took a lot of persistence on my part, but I finally got hold of someone who took the time to look at the details and see I was telling the truth. My account was restored and "all parties involved were addressed". So I guess someone got spanked and if it was malicious, hopefully fired.
I replied to the email AND logged in to the game to make a ticket asking how to avoid such unpleasantness again. Until I know how to avoid this I will be walking on eggshells and "literally walking" in-game. No running, no travel form, and absolutely no Wyvern's!
So I guess I'm stuck in Orgrimmar for awhile.
